Speech to text with punctuation that actually lands

Raw transcription hears words, not sentences. Punctuation is a writing decision, and writing decisions need a writer, or an AI doing the writing.

You said it messy

uh tell Alex I like the direction but the design still feels a bit too busy and maybe we should simplify the top section before Friday

Send it clean

Hey Alex, I like the direction overall. The top section still feels a little busy, so I think we should simplify it before Friday. Can you take another pass?

Why speech to text struggles with punctuation

You do not speak punctuation, you imply it: with pauses, pitch and phrasing. Classic speech engines transcribe phonemes, so unless you dictate the marks yourself, they guess, or skip them. That is why transcripts read like one endless breath.

The workaround everyone hates

Every built-in tool accepts spoken punctuation: "Dear Sam comma new paragraph thanks for the update period". It works, and it makes you sound like a robot reading a telegram. It also does nothing about structure: where paragraphs break, what deserves a bullet list, which sentence should come first.

Let the AI do the writing

Speechy sends your audio through a transcription model and then through a language model whose whole job is the writing: punctuation, capitalization, paragraphs, lists when you clearly meant a list, and tone. You ramble; it returns the sendable version into whatever app you are using, on Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android.

Why Speechy

More than transcription, it frames the message.

Speak or type the messy version, and Speechy hands back the sendable one: the right tone, structure and context, in whatever app you're already in.

Framing, not transcription

Most voice apps stop at words on a page. Speechy gives you the message: the right tone, structure and context, ready to send.

Voice or messy text in

Speak it or type it. Either way you skip the part where you decide how to phrase it, and go straight to a sendable draft.

Native everywhere you think

macOS, Windows, iPhone and Android, including a real framing keyboard on mobile. Capture the thought wherever it happens.

Frames you can reuse and share

Turn the messages you dread into one-tap structures. Save your own, and (soon) share the best ones with everyone else.

FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

Which speech to text has automatic punctuation?

Most modern engines attempt commas and periods. Full formatting, paragraphs, lists, tone, comes from an LLM layer on top, which is exactly what Speechy adds.

Do I have to say comma and period out loud?

Not with Speechy. Talk naturally; punctuation and structure are placed for you. Spoken commands like "new paragraph" still work if you like them.

Stop rewriting your thoughts.

Say the messy version. Send the clean one. Speechy turns it into something sendable in seconds, on every device you think on.
